Vanilla Cupcake Recipe

 
Hello and welcome Claire’s Cupcakes YouTube Channel. This week, I’m going to you a very simple recipe for vanilla cupcakes.

start with the ingredients.

For twelve cupcakes, you need:

Four ounces or one hundred and ten grams of soft butter.

Four ounces of caster sugar.

Two eggs.

One of vanilla extract.

Four ounces of flour.

And two tablespoons of milk.

First, mix the butter and sugar in a bowl.

Next, beat in the eggs a at a time, and stir in the vanilla extract.

Once done that, fold in the flour a wooden spoon, gradually adding milk the mixture is smooth.

Finally, put the mixture into paper cake cases on a tray until they are half full and bake in the oven one hundred and eighty degrees celsius for fifteen minutes.

For the buttercream icing, you need five ounces of softened butter, ten ounces of icing sugar, and drops of food colouring.

Begin beating the butter in a large bowl until soft.

Then add the icing sugar and one tablespoon of milk with the food colouring, and whisk until the mixture smooth and creamy.

To finish, decorate cupcake with buttercream icing and add some sprinkles top.

And there you it. A dozen delicious vanilla cupcakes. But don’t eat them all once!
